FAQs

Do I need to attend all the sessions?

Ideally yes if you can. Each sessions builds on the previous however, they are stand alone sessions also and you can also learn vital tools. You will of course receive the full recordings afterwards.

How long will each session last?

They last about an hour, slightly longer if there are lots of questions. We do however respect everyone’s time and ensure to complete each session within the hour.

Who are the guest speakers?

These are selected individuals, parents, who have consistently practiced yoga for years and have incorporated these beneficial tools to ease family life. They are as enthusiastic about sharing how these techniques can make a positive impact on your life and that of your children!

What is the Parent Yogi Programme?

This is a follow on from this course. It is offered after completion and lasts for a whole year. It is a group coaching programme which essentially creates a community of support and guidance. It consists of monthly workshops where we take a deeper dive into certain yogic aspects and perspectives, to increase spiritual wisdom and enhance your families well-being further.
