Through specific breathing practices known as pranayama (energy control), you learn to optimise your breathing capacity. As you breath better, this enhances how you feel in your body, mind and energy.

Strengthen

By practicing yoga postures (yogasanas), and movements, you begin to build stamina, strength and suppleness in your physical body. You also learn mind empowering techniques to feel calmer and more at ease, not only on the may but, with the your day to day.

Enter a meditative state

You are guided through an amazing yoga nidra deep relaxation technique. It is said a 20 minute practice is equivalent to the depth of rest for 2 hours sleep. You walk away in a zen state, feeling rejuvenated and restored.

FAQs

Can beginners join the classes?

Yes, all classes are suitable for all levels including complete beginners to yoga. Lots of variations are offered.

When can I join?

Yes, there are no term bookings, the classes are ongoing so you are welcome to join anytime that suits you.

Do I need any special equipment?

No really, just a quiet space to practice (while classes are virtual). You can use blocks or cushions for extra support if you wish, but they are not necessary.
