You will be guided through various stretches and poses all interweaved with sound and songs. There are moments of movement and moments of rest. Lots of laughs, smiles, giggles, touch, massage and more.

Learn soothing techniques

This is an opportunity to express how you are feeling in a safe space and gain insight into tools which will be beneficial for yourself and your baby. There are tips for easing baby’s digestion, if they are irritable or even positive soothing elements.

Feel empowered again and relaxed

You are offered gentle stretches and postures which can make you feel energised and strong. You will also be guided through an amazing yoga nidra deep relaxation which will leave you feeling rejuvenated and restored. Generally baby also sleeps, and usually for a good few hours after!

FAQs

Can I feed my baby?

Yes the classes are very flexible and baby’s needs come first

What if my baby cries?

There are suggestions to help sooth and relax baby through, sounds vibrations, songs and movement, which generally do the trick!

Do I need to have practiced yoga before?

No previous experience is required. Classes are suitable from about 6 weeks after birth until babies are crawling.

Do I need to bring anything to the classes?

Please feel free to bring a blanket for the baby to lie on while they are on the mat. You are free to feed, change and cuddle your baby as required.

Let’s create an environment ideal for post-natal recovery and healing, from the inside out. Babies are integrated throughout the class and include baby yoga and rhymes.
