Know when to take a step back,

Find the heart of happiness so dear,

Silence speaks volumes louder than words,

When you can feel a poem simmering and ready to pour out,

I observed the leaves and conkers falling from the trees.

Just as a snowflake falls fearlessly from the sky above,

Anxiety is just like the icing on the cake

The morning bird calls out loud and crystal clear, 

The poetic door just opens abundantly to me,

We all live under the love of one sun,

Let go of resistance,

The invisible string between my heart and yours,

Days can be challenging, days can be tough,

Be a warrior against your own dark side,

May the deeper light within radiate out into the universe wide, 

There are moments when l feel as though I’m on top of mount Everest

Today I woke with the chill of the winters cold,

Do you ever feel lost and alone?

Let not the flakes of snow settle on your mind,
